  • Partner with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges.
  • Help qualify opportunities by identifying operational pain points and software fit.
  • Assist with proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Businessmanaglementand experience in businessmanagentsoftware is a plus.
  • Comfortablespeaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams.
  • Ability to learn software platforms quickly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable.
  • Interestin technology and business process improvement.
