Work on an established fintech platform with 20+ internal services and numerous external integrations, helping bring trust and transparency to private markets
Deepen your expertise in AI technologies, backend systems, distributed architectures, and integration-heavy environments
Join a small, highly technical team with real ownership over automation strategy and product quality

5+ years in QA/SDET roles with end-to-end ownership of test automation and QA activities
Strong experience with backend and non-UI-focused test automation
Experience defining QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and test coverage for complex systems
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations
Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Experience testing distributed systems and microservices
Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks
Engineering mindset with strong ownership, a high degree of autonomy, and a proactive approach to test automation
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional engineering teams
Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications
Keen interest in AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals
Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS

Lead quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle
Analyze requirements and technical documentation to identify quality risks and define test coverage
Define and evolve QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and release criteria
Partner with engineering and product teams to align requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality expectations
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services, REST APIs, AI-related components, and system integrations
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously expand automation coverage
Investigate defects, analyze failures, and support root cause analysis across distributed systems
Contribute to technical documentation, quality reporting, and continuous improvement of automation practices
