3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including NGINX, Traefik, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with monitoring and observability.
Good understanding of Linux systems.
Understanding of security best practices and platform quality.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to improve existing systems and apply DevOps best practices.
Strong collaboration and customer-oriented mindset.
Good English communication skills.
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
