How you will achieve success:
- Be Relentless & Drive Results: Deliver backend services and data features that meet performance goals and support the team’s roadmap.

- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable features. Participate actively in code reviews and team planning.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 2-5 years of backend development: Proficiency in Python; experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Modern Data Stack: Experience with DBT, Snowflake, S3, or AWS Glue. You know how to modify and optimize data transformations.
- Distributed Systems: Practical experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL – especially in scalable, production contexts.
- Performance Tuning: Ability to optimize services and queries for speed and reliability.
- API Development: Experience building performant APIs to serve large datasets.
