your mission

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Europe for innovative motion control solutions
  • Develop new customers, partners and target markets in industries such as laser technology, semiconductor technology and industrial automation
  • Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators
  • Promote advanced motion control solutions for demanding technical applications
  • Develop and implement local sales and go to market activities in line with company goals
  • Attend trade fairs, conferences and networking events to generate leads and increase market visibility
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs in the European market
  • Act as a trusted technical and commercial contact person for customers and partners
  • Understand customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches together with internal experts
  • Support customers during the full sales process, from first contact to successful project implementation
  • Coordinate technical and commercial topics with customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Support
  • Share market and customer feedback to support product development and business strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, customer information and sales forecasts in the CRM system

your profile

  • Degree in engineering, for example electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automation, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, business development or a similar role
  • Good technical understanding of motion control, automation or related technologies
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Confident communication skills and a customer oriented mindset
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build long term business relationships
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (30-50%)
  • Experience with servo drives, motion controllers or similar technologies is an advantage
  • An existing network with OEMs, machine builders or system integrators is an advantage
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to sales planning
  • The position can be based in several European countries, including Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Italy or the Netherlands
