About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to create, execute, and maintain test cases for a SaaS web application, covering functional, compatibility, usability, and integration testing scenarios. You will analyze and document bugs in Jira, work with SQL for backend validation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using TestRail and Confluence. The role requires strong analytical skills, REST API familiarity, and the ability to identify root causes across both frontend and backend layers.

What you will do
Create, document and maintain test cases for both existing and new product functionality;
Execute manual testing based on test cases/checklists;
Create and analyze bugs, document appropriately using JIRA;
Communicate status on issues or roadblocks, as well as accomplishments and plans.
Must haves
At least 3 years experience as manual QA engineer (Experience in manual, functional, compatibility, usability and integration testing of SaaS Web Applications);
