MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably with experience in healthcare, financial/banking, or related industries. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Postman, Appium, etc.Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, medical professionals, and product stakeholders.Capacity to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience conducting security testing and audits for sensitive systems.
- Experience using Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum), JIRA, and related tools.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or certifications related to healthcare quality standards.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.
- Experience in federal consulting.
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare data projects (e.g. claims processing or payment systems) or financial/banking systems
