Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality web applications
- Participate in the design, architecture, and performance optimization of web applications
- Join calls with customers and partners as needed
- Resolve bugs, refactor, and optimize code
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide application-level production support
- Help the web development team in establishing best practices and coding guidelines.
- Mentor other engineers
- Improve code quality by participating in peer code reviews
- Work with the IT Director and Technical Manager in establishing a team process map or workflow
- Research and development of new technologies to advance and better the quality of product and other deliverables
- Adhere to Company processes and procedures to enable smooth flow of product development lifecycle and operations management
- Provide feedback to the company whenever necessary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or
- related discipline
- More than five (5+) years of experience in web applications development
- Experience in designing and developing high availability and scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of software development practices and concepts

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of REST and SOAP
- Experience with front-end development
- Experience with code versioning tools, preferably Git
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Experience with unit testing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new technologies
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or Golang
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with PostgreSQL

- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular)

- Queuing Protocol (AMQP)
- Familiarity with Networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model)
- Leadership experience
- Has a working laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.
