About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles
  • Run discovery and workflow analysis to uncover operational pain points
  • Handle technical questions and objections with confidence
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects toward scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve positioning
  • Support enablement through demos, messaging, and training
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar SaaS role
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Comfortable with APIs and using AI tools for efficiency and documentation
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in property management or hospitality tech is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and demo environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French OR English and Spanish
