About the role
- Partner with Account Executives to lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles
- Run discovery and workflow analysis to uncover operational pain points
- Handle technical questions and objections with confidence
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects toward scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve positioning
- Support enablement through demos, messaging, and training
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar SaaS role
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Comfortable with APIs and using AI tools for efficiency and documentation
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in property management or hospitality tech is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and demo environments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French OR English and Spanish
