Qualifications:
- Understanding of data center infrastructure design and construction techniques, operational requirements and challenges, data center fit-out projects, equipment and technology advances and general industry trends.
- Capable in determining electrical and mechanical data center solutions and leading technical conversations.
- Understanding of the technical sales process and working with technical buyers and site selection teams for data center users.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering required
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on technical data center engineering experience, including:
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong application software skills including MS Office, Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven self-starter with attention to detail.
