Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Write and execute detailed test cases, both manual and automated, based on requirements and design documents.
- Create and maintain stable, reusable automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and conduct regression testing.
- Perform regular performance, stress, and security testing to ensure system stability.
- Analyze test results, report issues, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in product and technical design reviews to ensure testability.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test development, with at least 1 year in automated testing framework development.
- Proficient in tools like Selenium, Appium, Jest, JUnit, and capable of building and optimizing test frameworks.
- Strong in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and writing high-quality test scripts.
- Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration with automated tests.
- Familiar with Git and defect management tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in API, database, and web/mobile testing is a plus.

- 精通Python、Java、JavaScript等编程语言，能够编写高质量的测试脚本。
- 具有性能测试经验，熟悉JMeter等性能测试工具。
- 了解常见的CI/CD流程，并能够与开发团队进行持续集成对接。
- 熟悉Git及缺陷管理工具（如Jira、Bugzilla）。
- 具备较强的问题分析和故障排除能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
