What You'll Do:
- Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications

- Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and root cause analysis
- Resource, capacity, and license forecasting
- Partner with and foster a mentorship mentality with other Engineers
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack observability (Datadog, Grafana stack, LogScale, Jaeger , New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Thanos, ect) to meet production reliability demandsOptimize for high-cardinality workloads and instrumentation standardization

- Drive the transition to AI-native observability for proactive system resilience and zero-toil operationsAutomate alert correlation, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis through AIOps integrationTrain internal AI models on runbooks and incident data to power self-healing frameworks

- Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
- Security first mindset, general understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience adding and integrating AI into existing workflows
- Strong programming skills in one or more of Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
