Identify bid opportunities, prepare responses, and lead negotiations with potential clients.
Be able to manage and sell Technical Turnkey solutions.
Develop new leads and collaborate with the sales and business development teams to grow the customer base.
Manage and nurture relationships with prospective key accounts, influencing new business opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance the company’s visibility and attract potential clients.
Work autonomously from home, managing your schedule and client engagements.
Prepare and generate quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for customers.
Identifies bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.
Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.

Experience in mechanical HVAC sales
At least 5 years of relevant experience within the HVAC or related industries.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilising Microsoft based computer software
Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organisational skills
