Here’s what you can expect:
- Perform quality assurance across data cleansing, ETL migration, and Canopy business processes/rules.
- Ensure full functional and security testing coverage and confirm completion against defined acceptance criteria.
- Author test scripts during configuration and data migration (shift-left QA), so execution can begin as soon as each Drop is ready rather than waiting for a dedicated authoring phase.
- Validate that migrated data maintains full integrity — no loss or corruption — throughout each ETL cycle and cutover.
- Participate in live demos at each Drop milestone, verifying functionality in the staging sandbox alongside the Enterprise Business Architect and ERP Business Analyst.
- Design and execute test coverage for domain-specific requirements, including GL mapping and AP/AR routing, customer/item pricing guardrails, lot traceability, shelf-life rotation, and carrier/route data flows.
- Lead system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking defects through resolution.
- Verify role-based access and security configurations meet functional requirements ahead of go-live.
- Support the post-deployment review by validating fixes and confirming stability during parallel run and tuning.
Here’s what you can expect:
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing on ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects; hands-on experience with Aspen Canopy is a bonus.
- Strong background in test script authoring, functional testing, and UAT coordination.
- Experience validating data integrity through ETL and data migration cycles (master and transactional data).
- Working knowledge of ERP security and role-based access testing.
- Exposure to food/beverage manufacturing or distribution processes (e.g., catch weight, lot traceability, shelf-life management, food safety/recall compliance) is a plus.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery or iterative implementation methodologies, including sandbox/demo-based milestone verification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently across multiple concurrent workstreams and domains.
